At NEWSB, NPK Fertilizer Processing Plant and Equipment business was started in Year 1979. And today, we supply NPK fertilizer processing plant as well as spare parts and services to the markets in Malaysia and Indonesia. We are also capable of supplying NPK Granulation fertilizer plant with a capacity of up to 200,000 Metric Tons Per Year.
Apart from that, we offer a full range of NPK fertilizer equipment such as the Weighing System, Automatic Bagging System, Vibrating Screen, Dryer Drums, Cooler Drums, Coating Drums, Granulation Drums, Crushers, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Drag Chain Conveyor Feeders, Cyclones, Dedusting System, and Ancillary Equipment. We provide solutions from plant design & engineering to machine manufacturing and installation and commissioning works.
To date, NEWSB has supplied and installed over 12 NPK Granulation Fertilizer Processing Plants in Malaysia and Indonesia.

weighing System
Two types of weighing systems - inline weighing and batch weight - are used in the fertilizer plant.
Rotary Drum
Dryer drums, cooler drums, coating drums and granulation drums are the main equipments in NPK fertilizer plant. We design and manufacture rotary drums for fertilizer plants in Malaysia. To date, we have manufactured 50 units of rotary drums in total. The company’s first drum supply in 1996 is still in good working condition today.
Vibrating Screen
A unique electrical motor designed to drive the vibrating rocking arm to improve the vibrating force and reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment. The rocking arms below the mesh hit directly onto the wire mesh to produce strong and high frequency vibration force, thus making this vibrating screen the most ideal for sticky materials such as fertilizers. High quality rubber & vibratory products for vibration machines are also developed for longer lasting solutions.
Packing Plant
Fully automatic bagging & robotic stacking system are essential in a fertilizer plant to improve packing accuracy and efficiency. Our automatic bagging system is 10 - 12 bags per hour and robotic stacking system is 500 bags per hour.
